Talita Haggist

Talita is the daughter of international property developers. She studied Civil Engineering to optimize their construction, procurement, and project management workflow, while enhancing the overall resident experience. Her passion for science and languages compelled her to pursue her three degrees in Russia, Germany, and Italy, where she was frequently the only woman in her class.

Talita’s hard work and unique credentials earned her a position with Brazil’s largest steel manufacturer. Reporting to the CEO, Talita served as Special Liaison for government joint venture property development and infrastructure projects. This provided invaluable practical experience in diplomacy, property valuation and development, solutions architecture, and client services.

Talita made her first property investment in 2007. She undertook the extensive refurbishment and construction herself and created a full-service concierge and property management company with her family. Today, the company employs full-time staff managing properties in Brazil, London, and the USA.

She first visited the Lowcountry in 2015 and fell in love with its centuries-old live oaks, unpretentious charm, and effortless sophistication. Certain of the long-term, explosive growth in the area, Talita relocated from London shortly thereafter and is fulfilling her mission to align her discerning global clients with the lifestyle-enriching properties of their dreams.
